When choosing a product from our store, there are a few measurements you will need to know to help you choose the perfect product for your pup. These are the neck, chest and the back measurements. All breeds are different so this step is an important one! A tip from us is to measure using a piece of string, it’s comfortable and precise as you can wrap it around areas of your dog, mark it and measure it flat.
The sizing of our products vary slightly as they are made out of different materials. Full rope collars run larger as the rope has a natural stretch, they also have a limited size range because of the single fastening. The leather and rope collars have more variation in their size as the leather is notched. All the size variants are outlined in each product description, if you find you would like to know more before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the contact us page.
NECK - should be measured as a circumference around where your pet normally wears their collar. The perfect fit is snug and secure with the ability to fit two fingers underneath.
CHEST - find the widest part of your pups chest (this is usually just behind the front legs) If you find your pup is between two sizes, it is best to go up a size. Particularly in our sweaters. This will ensure a full range of movement and allows some room for thicker coats or winter weight… we all know it happens!
BACK - measure the length of your pup by running your string or measuring tape from the base of their neck down to where their tail begins. Simple!
We know it’s difficult for pups to understand time, so we aim to get our goods to you as quick as we can and our friends at Australia Post are the ones who help us do that. Shipping is offered as a flat rate Australia wide! $8 for standard shipping and $12 for express post. We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days, we appreciate your patience!
Please choose somewhere safe to send your products. We are not responsible for products that are lost, damaged or stolen post delivery.
If you are visiting our website from another country, welcome! We don’t currently offer worldwide shipping, but we do ship to NZ for a flat rate of $18.
Peace of Mind
Your piece of mind is important to us. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The items needs to be returned to us within 14 days, and be in original condition, with all it’s original packaging intact. If the product meets these requirements, we can arrange a refund of the purchase cost (minus shipping) or an exchange for something else. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs and the new shipping cost of an exchanged item.
In the unfortunate event a product is found to be faulty, please notify us via the Contact Us page within 10 days of purchasing the product. Once you have notified us of the fault and provided us with proof of purchase, we will ensure your product is exchanged or refunded along with the cost of return the product to us, within reason. Please contact us for return address. If you think the item may have been damaged during shipping, please notify us as we can lodge with Australia Post.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
